Compass Points Workshop
Compass Points allows us to better understand our own individual and team collaboration preferences. It also helps us understand our own personality style and those of our colleagues. This protocol provides insight into what team members may need to know about each other so we can work more effectively together. This increased understanding can increase our productivity individually and collectively when working in a group setting.
