The High Achiever’s Guide to Burnout Prevention
You didn’t get this far by doing less. But somewhere between leading teams, managing up, mentoring others, and absorbing the invisible labor; the toll becomes too much to bare.
This workshop is for women in tech who are tired of being told to “do less” or “just say no” and who want a more honest conversation about why burnout happens to the most driven people in the room, and what to actually do about it.
We’ll dig into the psychology behind burnout: how perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-functioning, and relentless achievement quietly drain the tank even when everything looks fine from the outside. You’ll leave with practical tools to spot early warning signs, set boundaries that actually hold, reclaim your energy without guilt, and build a career that’s sustainable and ambitious.
Whether you’re running on empty, feeling the edge approaching, or simply protecting what you’ve built, this session will give you a framework that works for you
