This session looks at the "new normal" of leadership complexity and the ways women access their capacity for leadership agility. We will explore three key stages of adult thinking that underlie our relationships with colleagues, bosses and direct reports, and identify what's needed to understand and optimize our interactions.
Discussion will also include the unique challenges women in IT leadership face, as well as the equally unique opportunities that are open to them. Attendees will leave the session with a greater understanding of their own level of leadership agility with suggestions for ongoing growth and development.
