Speaker: Damien Creavin

Damien Creavin will speak on “Managing Change”. Change is a disruptive force in organizations, not always accepted and almost never easy to implement. After serving in senior management roles for publishing, electronics and petrochemical companies, Damien has overseen a tremendous amount of growth, change and reorganization since his arrival at Emdeon in 2004. He will share with us the challenges, opportunities and pitfalls that come with change at the personal, industry and organization levels.

Damien is also currently serving as the Chairman of the Nashville Technology Council Board of Directors, and is also actively involved in improving technology education throughout Middle Tennessee.
