Starting at 6:00 with a reception and 7:00 pm the program at the Parthenon in Centennial Park. Learn more about the ATHENA awards.

March is Women’s History Month and the 2007 ATHENA Award Recipient will be announced Thursday, March 29, 2007. Nashville is unique in the fact that this award is presented at the foot of our city’s own Athena statue at the Parthenon in Centennial Park. No other city in the world that pre-sents an ATHENA Award can state that fact. The reception begins at 6:00 PM in the Parthenon followed by the award program at 7:00 PM.

WiTT celebrates Barbara Jean Moss as the 2007 ATHENA Award recipient.

As the Athena WiTT scholarship recipient, Lisa Eller was awarded a $3,000 scholarship and will attend the ITT Technical Institute.
